What is the battery autonomy? In economical and normal use, you can go up to 60km of autonomy.
How long does it take to recharge the battery? The battery recharges in only 4 hours!
How many kilos can you load in a TreeBike (including cyclist)? Between 60kg and 100kg for the bike and up to 300kg for the skate.
How much does a TreeBike weigh? A Treebike weighs 60kg.
Is it safe to transport children? Yes, especially the FamilyBike Mini which is suitable for children from 6 months to 3 years old.
How many children can fit in a TreeBike ? Two children can fit in !
Is there an integrated anti-theft device? Yes, both cargoBike LUGBox and cargoSkate LUGBox are equipped with a reinforced anti-theft system.
If I have a breakdown with a TreeBike, what can I do? Is there a guarantee? Yes, for all our TreeBike we offer 1 year of Touring Assistance and the possibility of repairs and breakdowns + replacement of the vehicle from more than 24 hours of immobilization. In all cases, TreeBike offers 2 years warranty for individuals and 1 year for the B2B.
